COVID-19 (CORONAVIRUS) 

A full credit note for any Covid-19 cancellations or postponements for Ideaction will be provided for future Ideaction events. A credit note will also be provided to any person unable to attend as a result of feeling unwell in accordance to the Covid-19 symptoms.

For those travelling to Ideaction.2021, please ensure you organise insurance which covers implications from Covid-19. 

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION, REFUND POLICY UNRELATED TO COVID-19

Cancellations and amendments must be received in writing to Alignment Event Solutions (isabella@alignmentevents.com.au). Cancellations by Friday 12 November 2021 will be accepted and fees refunded less 50% of the registration rate. No refunds will be authorised after Friday 12 November 2021. Substitute participants are welcome. Should you cancel your registration by email and not receive a response within 24 hours, please call Alignment Event Solutions (+61 2 9371 1893).

ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY UNRELATED TO COVID-19

Cancellation of accommodation must be made in writing directly to Alignment Event Solutions (isabella@alignmentevents.com.au). Cancellation of accommodation made after Friday 12 November 2021 may attract one full night's tariff. Transfer of accommodation booking to another person will be accepted.

SPONSORSHIP CANCELLATION

Sponsorship and/or Exhibitor cancellations received 90-days prior to Ideaction will be reviewed and reimbursed at the discretion of the Facility Management Association of Australia. Cancellations received after 90 days from Ideaction.2021 will not receive a refund. A full credit note for any Covid-19 cancellations or postponements will be provided for future Ideaction events. All cancellations must be emailed to isabella@alignmentevents.com.au.

INSURANCE

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that participants take out their own general travel insurance. It is suggested that the insurance policy should also cover loss of fees/deposit, airfares, accommodation charges, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property and repatriation expenses.

The insurance should cover loss arising from cancellation of the conference by the organiser or a person's inability to attend due to any reason whatsoever. No responsibility is taken by the conference managers for any person not holding insurance.
