From COVID-19 to the climate crisis, FM professionals have been thrust into the spotlight to ensure occupant safety and wellbeing and to make critical decisions on building and environmental management. This idea is captured in the conference theme: “Shining a Light on FM”.

We invite you to join us at Ideaction.2021, as we explore contemporary FM issues through four streams: Focusing the Future, Driving Value, Achieving Compliance and Seeking Sustainability.

As with previous years, Ideaction.2021 will give FM professionals the opportunity to better understand the changing landscape through research, case studies and shared experiences. Due to COVID-19 travel restrictions, Ideaction.2021 Part One was held virtually on Monday 2 August and we are very excited to announce Part Two of Ideaction.2021 will be held on Monday 22 November 2021 in Geelong, and in Sydney on Wednesday 8th December 2021.
